Upon completion of the transaction, HostPapa will acquire Lunarpages, PacificHost and Santa Barbara Web Hosting, and E-Solutions for an undisclosed sum. Add2Net will continue to provide Dedicated, VPS and Exchange Hosting via its premier brand HostLabs.
