Host Labs account holders must be at least 18 years of age. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use services provided by Host Labs. Host Labs does not knowingly collect any information from minors beyond that of IP address and standard server activity logs.

Information that you provide to Host Labs to apply for separate software or hardware licenses go directly to the software licenser and is subject to the privacy policy of the licenser and not this Privacy Policy. In addition, Host Labs may release personally identifiable information necessary for the prosecution or defense of any legal claim or right to which Host Labs is a party. Host Labs will also release personally identifiable information as required by law.
